The stress of having a child in a hospital is immensely difficult especially for families living far from the hospital. Ronald McDonald House Toronto has a house that can support 81 families and 7 family rooms in 5 hospitals to provide families with a "home away from home." In the year 2015-2016 the house supported 762 families and the family rooms supported 3,605 families.
