Sweeten the Season for Families
I’m raising $5,000 for RMHC Canada.

Ends: January 1, 2017
As the holiday season begins, many families find themselves planning holiday dinners and trimming the tree - enjoying the magic of Christmas, together. However, when a family has a seriously ill child, the holidays can mean missing the usual traditions while traveling far from home for medical care. The Howe Family experienced a world of unknown during the holidays last year. Their four-month-old son, Quinton, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and transferred to Children's Hospital just days before Christmas. RMH London became an essential place for the family to stay connected during an unimaginable time, and offered a welcoming, comfortable space to be close to Quinton. Ronald McDonald House provided all the comforts of home and special holiday touches, like gifts outside their RMH bedroom door Christmas morning, to help keep the Howe family positive and unified through their difficult journey. With your help, we can Sweeten the Season for all the families at RMHC-SWO this holiday and give them the greatest gift of all – more time together. Feel good knowing you are helping families make memories of stockings along the fireplace, and late night hot chocolates, close to their seriously ill child’s medical care. Thank you for helping families stay close this holiday!
