Give a little, love a lot
I’m raising $1,000 for RMHC Canada.

Ends: April 14, 2021
This past Christmas my niece, Archer, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of bone cancer called Ewing Sarcoma. Cancer is never an easy diagnosis and this news has been devastating for the family. It feels cruel and unfair to see an 8 year old have their world turned upside down. She is a beautiful, active and energetic little girl and even through treatment you see her resilience. It's hard to watch loved ones go through such a difficult time, but even worse when they have to travel up to 2 hours for appointments and in the middle of a pandemic. Ronald McDonald House has been a lifeline for the family. When my Dad was sick with cancer over 10 years ago, I remember the toll it took on me to travel back home to be with him and help care for him. This is why I decided to do a small part to raise money in support of such a wonderful charity. Its also hard to see Archer lose her hair as part of her treatment. Hair can be an important part of the identity of little girls, so I've decided to support her by donating my hair to Hair Donation Ottawa for the CHEO Foundation. I want her to know that she's not alone, so I ask that you please help me "give a little and love a lot" for Ronald McDonald House.
