Jake & Lauren are walking again this year, for families just like ours. Jake’s parents availed of the services from the RMDH back in 2016, when Jake was born prematurely. It was our home away from home, when we needed it most, to be close to Jake. Please help us, help families just like ours. Any donation helps! Thank you!
