While Eleanor was being treated at SickKids her Parent Aaron and Megan were lucky enough to be able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto. This allowed her parents to be close by and allowed them to visit and be with her as much as they possibly could. They do so much more for families in need than what people realize. There was meals prepared for families 3 times a week. This reduced the need for grocery costs and ensures parents have the energy to be with their sick children. They also run a school for families with other children so they do not miss out on their education while being with their sick siblings. They provide tickets to local attractions for families so they can get out of the hospital environment. They host weekly activities for families as well. There is so much they do and without them Aaron and Megan wouldn't have been able to be with Eleanor in her last days.
