I began volunteering for fundraisers to support the Ronald Mcdonald House almost 15 years ago as a teenager working at McDonald's, when the goal had been to raise enough to build and open the house! Since then I've been on the committee to help organize the walk for several years, participated in many fundraising events and donated numerous cakes. The Ronald McDonald House has always held a very special place in my heart - but since becoming a parent myself, my admiration and appreciation for the House has only grown.
