What is Comfort Food? Quite simply – Comfort Food is a dinner party hosted by you, with a twist! Every year, in neighborhoods across Southwestern Ontario, there are thousands of families who need to travel far from home to receive the medical care their seriously ill child needs. By hosting a Comfort Food Event, you will join a community helping to ensure these families find a "home-away-from-home" with RMHC-SWO. Dinnertime is a special time for ALL families – a time to reunite after the day, to share stories about our triumphs and our challenges, and a time to truly connect as we nourish ourselves to face all that tomorrow has to offer. Thank you for keeping families close when it means the most, and bringing them the comfort they need!
