Strong 2021 - Fitness Essentials Virtual Event
Je recueille 2 000 $ pour Manoir de Calgary (OMRM de l’Alberta).
Fin : 30 janvier 2021
My inspiration to raise funds for the RMHC originates from the experience of a dear friend who relied on the program to be close with their child receiving health care treatments. It was empowering to know that there were resources available in a troubling time, so the family could be together as they fight their battle in a home away from their home. 2020 has arranged many restrictions but has reminded me of the importance of why I need to stay strong physically for my family. When I am taking care of myself, I can keep up with the kids and be supportive of everyone around me. On January 23rd, 2021 help build a stronger you for a stronger community. My goal for 2021 is to give back more to the community. This is a virtual event that will provide easy to follow exercises and fitness concepts. Along with the online registration to exercise with me, I will be offering online network support. My focus is to provide knowledge, and easy to do mobility exercises to help offset the harmful effects of continuous sitting. I encourage movements to keep mobile and feeling good to compensate for the negative effects of stationary days. You can also recommend this program to someone you care about to blast-the-barriers of not having resources, as this is a gift from me and my family to yours. No training equipment is needed, as we will be working with body weight, and concentrating on fundamentals to ensure education is simple for those who do not have an exercise routine because it is important to have one. Let us create a healthier community together. Join in for core essential training with me, Coach-Kat. I am a certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach with a bodybuilding background. There will be online guided support as well to ensure a productive program can be applied for daily use. I believe we can come out of 2020 stronger. Together we can take on the 2021 challenges and work toward self-recovery.
